At Rajesh Jewellery Mart, we are committed to ensuring your jewellery reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our Shipping & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Part A: Shipping Policy

We currently offer delivery to select locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time. For areas where online delivery is not available, you may collect your jewellery directly from our showroom:

Shipping timelines depend on the type of order placed:

All jewellery is carefully packed in premium boxes with tamper-evident security seals before dispatch. We use reputed courier partners with fully insured shipments for all deliveries. Please check the package and seal for any damage or tampering upon delivery before accepting.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier company and our insurer to investigate and resolve the issue. We request you to:

Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed:

⚠️ Custom Order Advance: Advances paid for custom/bespoke jewellery orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, as materials are procured and artisan work begins immediately upon confirmation.

10. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatching the product. For custom orders, cancellations are accepted only before the production commences (typically within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment of advance). Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled and the advance is non-refundable.

11. Gold Exchange (Not a Return)

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a new piece, we offer an Exchange Program as detailed in our Terms & Conditions. Exchange is different from a return/refund and is evaluated at current gold market rates at the time of exchange.
