1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and all transactions conducted with Rajesh Jewellery Mart ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you accept these Terms, and that you will comply with them.

2. Products & Pricing

2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the website are completely accurate, complete, or error-free. Product colour, finish, and texture may vary slightly from images shown.

2.2 Pricing

All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable making charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to gold rate fluctuations. The final price applicable will be confirmed at the time of purchase. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at the applicable rate will be charged additionally on all purchases as per Government of India regulations.

2.3 Purity & Certification

All gold jewellery sold by Rajesh Jewellery Mart carries BIS Hallmark certification indicating guaranteed purity. Diamond jewellery is sold with GIA or IGI certificates. Gemstone jewellery purity is as disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders placed through enquiries (via website, phone, email, or WhatsApp) shall be confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or full payment as agreed. We accept payment via:

• Cash at the showroom
• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm)
• NEFT/RTGS bank transfer
• Debit/Credit Cards (at showroom)
• Cheque (subject to clearance before order confirmation)

Custom and made-to-order jewellery requires a non-refundable advance of 50% of the total order value before production commences.

4. Custom / Bespoke Orders

For custom jewellery orders:

• A minimum 50% advance is required at order confirmation
• Delivery timelines for custom orders are 15–45 working days depending on complexity
• Advance amounts are non-refundable once production has commenced
• Minor design variations due to handcrafting are inherent and accepted
• The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipping

5. Exchange Policy

Rajesh Jewellery Mart offers a jewellery exchange policy subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange is allowed on gold jewellery purchased from us against purchase of new jewellery of equal or higher value
• The gold will be re-evaluated at current market gold rates at the time of exchange
• Making charges and any damage deductions will be applied
• Diamond and gemstone jewellery exchange is subject to re-evaluation and management approval
• Exchange is not valid for jewellery that has been repaired by a third-party jeweller
• Original purchase bill is mandatory for all exchanges

6. Warranty & Free Maintenance

All products purchased from our store are eligible for free lifetime polishing and basic cleaning services. This does not cover repair of physical damage, resizing (subject to applicable charges), or loss of gemstones due to negligent use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, design layouts, product photographs, and graphics — are the intellectual property of Rajesh Jewellery Mart or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal data of other users without consent

9. Limitation of Liability

Rajesh Jewellery Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Modifications

Rajesh Jewellery Mart reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
